Mpower Solar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our Solar Installation Manager in overseeing and executing solar panel installation projects, with a specific focus on roofing-related tasks. This role will assist in managing job site logistics, coordinating with crew members, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining quality control standards throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Installation Foreman with daily coordination of roofing and solar installation crews.
• Monitor and help maintain job site safety, ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
• Prepare, load, and verify equipment and materials needed for each job site.
• Help manage schedules and communicate installation timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Support documentation of job progress, including before-and-after photos and installation records.
• Act as a liaison between the crew and the installation manager for operational efficiency.
• Track inventory and tools, and assist with ordering materials as needed for upcoming jobs.
• Perform quality control checks and flag potential issues for the Installation Manager.
  
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ yearsi n Solar Roofing Installation Required or construction, or roofing industries preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Solid understanding of solar installation processes and roofing systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Salary $50,000 - $60,000
